Introduction
Opentra is a self-hosted Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built for micro and small IT MSPs — teams of roughly ten technicians serving around a hundred client organisations.
It replaces the usual patchwork — HubSpot for CRM, spreadsheets for time, a shared inbox for tickets, separate tools for contracts and projects — with a single system that runs the whole path a client request travels: from the first inbound email, to a ticket, to tracked time, to a contract, to an invoice in Xero.
