Hudu

Hudu is where your client documentation lives. The integration surfaces that documentation next to the tickets and organisations it relates to.

Partial integration

Hudu currently appears as a card on the organisation page. Deeper linking of articles, passwords and assets to tickets and projects is on the roadmap. File a request to help prioritise it.

What it does today

• A Hudu card on each organisation links through to that client’s documentation.

Setup

1. In Settings → Integrations, open the Hudu card.
2. Enter your Hudu URL and API key.
3. The Hudu card appears on your organisations.
