Twilio

Twilio adds SMS to Opentra, so a ticket reply can go out as a text and a client’s reply comes back onto the same thread.

What it will do

Section titled “What it will do”
  • Send a ticket reply as an SMS instead of email.
  • Receive inbound texts onto the matching ticket thread.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. In Settings → Integrations, open the Twilio card.
  2. Enter your Twilio credentials and messaging number.
  3. Point your Twilio number’s inbound webhook at Opentra.
