Project management is built in, not bolted on. Projects live next to the same tickets and time your team already logs.
Structure
Section titled “Structure”- Phases containing ordered tasks — each with an assignee, status, estimate and dependencies. Drag to reorder.
- Milestones with due dates and amounts, invoiceable to Xero.
- RAG health (on track / at risk / off track) and budget-vs-actual on the overview.
Working a project
Section titled “Working a project”- Convert a task straight into a ticket.
- Raise change requests; approving one applies the cost and schedule deltas to the project.
- Spin a project up from a template or from an approved quote.
Client visibility
Section titled “Client visibility”Share a read-only client status page (progress, phases, milestones) via a public token — no login. Change requests get their own approval portal, mirroring contracts.
Templates
Section titled “Templates”Reusable project templates live in Settings → Project templates; a set of defaults is seeded on install.
