Revenue & unbilled
The revenue view answers two questions a small MSP lives on: what’s coming in every month, and what have we done that we haven’t billed for.
Recurring revenue
Section titled “Recurring revenue”The revenue dashboard summarises your monthly recurring picture from active contracts and agreements, so managed-service income is visible without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Unbilled
Section titled “Unbilled”The Unbilled overview surfaces time that’s been worked but hasn’t made it onto an invoice — leakage, caught early. It shows the running total and flags outlier entries so an odd 6-hour block gets a second look before it’s billed or written off.
