Sales pipeline

Before a client is a client, they’re a deal. Opentra’s pipeline is a sales CRM built into the same system as delivery — so a won opportunity flows straight into contracts, quotes and projects without re-keying the account.

Opportunities sit on a kanban board, one column per stage:

Drag a card to move it between stages. Each column totals its value, so you can see where the money sits at a glance.

Every opportunity carries a monthly recurring value and a one-off value, and each stage has a probability multiplier. Opentra combines them into a weighted forecast — a realistic view of the quarter, not a wish-list of every open deal at full value.

Deals are typed so you can tell new business from growth: New Logo, Expansion, Project and Renewal.

The pipeline Insights view breaks the board down — value by stage, win rate, and where deals stall — so the forecast is something you can act on.
