HubSpot
HubSpot is where the deal is won; Opentra is where the work gets delivered. The integration keeps both sides looking at the same companies and people.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Company sync. HubSpot companies map to Opentra organisations, so a client you closed in sales already exists when the first ticket lands.
- Contact sync. Contacts stay aligned with their org — the person who emails support is the same record your CRM knows.
The sync surfaces on each organisation as a HubSpot card, so you can see the link and its state without leaving the org page.
- In Settings → Integrations, connect HubSpot.
- Opentra matches HubSpot companies to your organisations and keeps contacts in step.
- Review the HubSpot card on any organisation to confirm the mapping.
