Quotes
Quotes turn a proposal into something a client can accept in one click — and an accepted quote into work you can start.
Building a quote
Section titled “Building a quote”Add line items from your product catalogue or free-hand, set an expiry date, and send. Quotes move through clear statuses:
DRAFT ──▶ SENT ──▶ VIEWED ──▶ ACCEPTED / DECLINED └────────▶ EXPIRED (past expiry)A quote past its expiry date is marked Expired automatically, so your list reflects what’s actually still live.
Signing on the portal
Section titled “Signing on the portal”Send a quote and the client reviews and signs or declines it on a token-based portal — no login, the same clean flow as contracts. Signatures capture the client’s IP and user-agent for the audit trail, and a decline reason is recorded without disturbing your internal notes.
Quote → project
Section titled “Quote → project”Accept a quote and convert it directly into a project — the scope, value and client all carry across, so delivery starts from the quote instead of a blank page.
